Services
We provide website design and development, AI automation, and marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in your proposal, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due at launch. Recurring services are billed monthly in advance. Late payment may pause active work.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for your project. We retain ownership of underlying tools, frameworks, templates, and processes used to create them, and may reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing content, brand assets, account access, and timely feedback. Delays in these materially affect delivery timelines.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided in good faith and to a professional standard, but we make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, rankings, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for work completed up to the termination date; we will hand over completed deliverables that have been paid for.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
